“Helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.”– Anonymous.

I have been lucky enough to know very early on that psychology and counseling are where my passion lies. I am continuously humbled to help others through their personal journeys and bear witness to the strength and resilience that is discovered within. My training and interest are in clinical psychology, and I specialize in mood, anxiety, trauma, and psychotic-related disorders. I also specialize in multicultural counseling and serving underrepresented communities. In addition, I also support remote populations.

I have an integrative and holistic approach to counseling and draw on a variety of techniques and orientations. My experience has taught me that every individual and story is unique and that it is imperative to work together with my clients to find the right approach that meets their needs. I recognize how difficult it can be to take those first steps, but I can assure you that you will be met with a safe and compassionate space to share. Please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.

Education

I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree majoring in Psychology from McGill University where I also minored in Behavioral Science and Religion. I am also a proud member of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
