Please do not use the Website’s general contact form to submit detailed medical records, diagnoses, treatment records, medication information, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, payment information, or other highly sensitive information.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, do not use the Website or contact form. Call 911, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or go to the nearest emergency department.

We use GA4 for site measurement and improvement, not to collect contact-form contents or create advertising profiles based on your inquiry. 6. Google reCAPTCHA

Clinical forms, treatment records, insurance information, and other sensitive patient information should be submitted only through the designated secure client portal or another method specifically authorized by Morina Counseling.

10. HIPAA and clinical records

Information collected in connection with an established provider-patient relationship may be protected health information governed by HIPAA and other healthcare privacy laws. Those records are subject to Morina Counseling’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which is separate from this Website Privacy Policy.

Information submitted through the public Website does not automatically receive all protections applicable to clinical records. Please use the secure client portal for clinical or medical communications.
