Pam Green, MA, LMHC (She/Her)

Pam Green has been trained in several therapeutic and systemic approaches to working with individuals. Her approach is compassionate, warm, and person-centered. She uses a family systems approach while incorporating tools from dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive art, narrative therapy, and attachment theory to meet client’s individual goals for therapy. Her focus is on therapeutic work with adults for individual therapy services. Her main clinical focus is on supporting those with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, trauma, relationship issues, school issues, life transitions, family issues, self-esteem, work/life balance, and forming coping skills.

In her free time she enjoys practicing mindfulness, yoga, walking her dog, and spending time with friends and family.
